Evolve Talent is currently seeking an experienced French Polisher for a reputable Joinery company based in Fairfield, Sydney, NSW.

Position Details:

• Type: Permanent, Full-Time
  
• Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm (flexible)
  
• Salary: Competitive + super + OT

Key Responsibilities:

• Colour Matching, grains and preparing high-end samples
  
• Working with veneers, Solid Timber and Metals to create high-end and detailed finishes using high-gloss, polyurethane, hand-rubbed finishes and tint.
  
• Troubleshooting and finishing defects to high standard
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work space at all times

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a French Polisher
  
• High competency in clear, tint, stain, high-gloss, polyurethane, hand-rubbed finishes, and working with veneers, solid timber, metals, and speciality finishes
  
• Strong attention to detail

• Experience matching colours, grains and preparing high-end samples
